Izmir Wildlife Park

Izmir Wildlife Park become a member of EAZA which is working for ecosystem and habitat protection and conducts campaigns drawing attention to the fact that biodiversity is under threat and species and the danger of extinct day by day.

Since the opening day, nearly 9 million guests had visited the park and around 900 thousand people are visiting the park annually.

In the ponds, swans, ducks, pelicans, waterfowl, in the African Savannah part giraffes, zebras, hippos, ostriches, South African antelopes in the Monkey Islands part monas, velvets, black macaques, Ring-Tailed Lemurs, Asian Elephants and cougars, lions, tigers can be seen. And also in Children's Zoo small horses, dwarf goats, Cameroon sheep, rabbits, chickens, turkeys, tortoises, and llamas will be waiting for its young guests.
