Iztuzu  

Iztuzu Beach, also called "Turtle Beach" because it is a breeding area for Caretta Caretta, is one of the best-known beaches in the Mediterranean. It is 4,5 kilometers long and is located in Mugla Province's Dalyan district. The beach was named the best beach in Europe by The Times (2008), Zoover ve Meteovista (2011), and Trip Advisor (2013). Since 1988, it has been closed between the hours of 20 PM to 08 AM, so as not to disturb the turtles, and a treatment center for turtles is situated.
