Kars Military History Museum of the Caucasus Front

Following the Gallipoli campaign, the Ottomans fought on the Caucasus Front during World War I. The Caucasus campaign was difficult, like Gallipoli, and the region's climate conditions claimed the lives of many soldiers. In 2017, the Caucasus Front Martyrs Kars Military History Museum was founded in the city center. The historical documentation, the lamentations, and the letters section where the soldier's letter can be seen are interesting. The Martyrs' Way, and the Snow Installation section, which is both built for the memory of Sarikamis's martyrs, is the emotional sections of the museum. Documents about local heroes and commanders who helped shape the campaign, as well as Commander Kazim Karabekir Pasha's white wagon, are also available.
