Konya Archaeological Museum

The museum has a rich collection from the periods Neolithic, Bronze, Iron Hellenistic, Roman, and Byzantine. The Neolithic Age artifacts found in Erbaba, Suberde, Catalhoyuk excavations, and Bronze Age Artifacts that were found in Sizma ve Karahoyuk digs can be seen in the 1st exhibition hall. In the Iron Age Artifact Hall, the pieces such as Phrygian period painted vessels, figured plates on bronze fibulae (needle) belonging to the Urartians, pottery from the Hellenistic period, Sidemara type columned marble Heracles sarcophagus, marble sarcophagi with Sidemara columns and Pamphylian garlands, a statue of Poseidon plus jewels can be seen.
