Koprulu Mosque

Koprulu Mosque was built by Ottoman vizier and statesman Koprulu Mehmet Pasha in 1661. It is situated in the Safranbolu district. It features the classical Ottoman architecture of the 17th century and consists of the fountain, sundial, library, and muvakkithane (a place where they determine the time using old methods). It reopened after 2.5 years of restoration in 2019.
