Koycegiz Lake

Koycagiz Lake is an alluvial barrier lake located in Mugla's Koycegiz district. It was formed by a tectonic trough filled with the Dalaman River’s water. Almost all of the year, the lake is calm. Lakeshores have many hot springs, hence, healing spa facilities can be found. Visitors can also enjoy water skiing for eight months of the year, and the lake is home to Turkey's largest trout farm.
