Lake Sera

Lake Sera draws travelers' attention with its natural beauty and is situated in Trabzon province on the Black Sea coast of Turkey. It was formed as a result of a landslide on February 21, 1950. The overflowing rain caused the large rocks to break off the slopes of Derecik Valley, blocking the valley floor. The lake can be visited on daily tours, and visitors can spend time in picnic areas, walking and bicycle paths, playgrounds, and restaurants.
