Nasrullah Seyh Mosque
Nasrullah Seyh Mosque is a 16th-century house of worship located in the city center of Kastamonu Province. Qadi Nasrullah built it, and it includes the sections Munire Madrasa, Numaniyye Madrasa, Nasrullah Fountain, and Nasrullah Tomb. Since the Ottoman period, it has been the largest mosque in the city. The mosque has nine domes, and the interior decorations were made by the famous calligrapher Ahmet Sevki Efendi. During the Turkish Independence War, national poet Mehmet Akif Ersoy gave sermons and the Turkish National Anthem for the first time here.
