Pontic Mountains

The Pontic Mountains are a mountain range situated in the Black Sea region. It is also known as the North Anatolian Mountains. The highest peak in the area is Kackar Mount, which has almost 4000m of altitude and is a popular trekking track in the country, It extends from the northwest of the Kure Mountains to the northeast of Georgia. Dozens of plateaus, waterfalls, and natural sites take place on it.
