Semsi Sivasi Tomb

Sems-i Sivasi is a well-known mystic, scholar, and poet who lived in the 16th century. He was born in the Zile district of Tokat and died and was buried in Sivas. His tomb was built by Koca Hasan Pasha, one of the viziers of Suleiman the Magnificent, in 1564. The tomb is located on Ataturk Street next to Meydan Mosque, is made of cut stone, and has an octagonal plan.
