St. Nikolas Monastery

The St Nikolas Monastery is made up of four adjoining locations. There is no reliable information about when it was built, but the engravings with names and dates on the walls of the inner narthex date back to the 18th century. It has been known that the outside section was built in the second quarter of the 19th century. However, the monastery is large and has three floors. As a result, some sections date back to the medieval period. A cemetery consisting of 41 graves takes place in the garden, and the kitchen of the monastery was carved into a fairy chimney.
