The Flat Island

Flat Island, known as Yassica Island and sometimes German’s Island, is situated 4 km offshore from the Karaburun Peninsula of Anatolia and 1 km from Pirnarli Island. The island is unpopulated, but Izmir Municipality has founded a quay and a restaurant on the southern coast of the island. Regular ferry services are held between Konak and Karsiyaka districts, which take around 1.5 hours. It is a preferred place for daily tours from Fethiye, Bodrum, and Izmir.
