Tokmok

Tokmok is a northern Kyrgyzstan city situated in the Chuy Valley to the east of the country's capital, Bishkek. Tourists can explore the ruins of Ak-Behim, an ancient city from the Turkic Khaganate, located approximately 10 km from Tokmok. Additionally, the remains of the ancient city of Balasagun and the Silk Road monuments, including the Burana Tower, are also within 10 km of Tokmok. The Chuy Valley itself boasts numerous tourist attractions, including various places of interest along the Chuy River, which flows to the north of Tokmok.
