Tomb of Hz. Abu Darda

It has been known that Prophet Muhammad mentioned him as, "the ruler of my ummah." He was one of five people who memorized the Qur'an while Prophet Muhammad was alive. He was so good about the fields of tafsir, fiqh, and hadith. Abu Darda participated in the conquest of Cyprus with other companions during the Caliph Osman period. He lived for a while, died, and was buried in the Babussagir Cemetery in Damascus in 652. His tomb in Istanbul was built in his honor and is located across from the Cezeri Kasim Pasa Mosque in the Eyup district.
