Windmills (Bodrum)

The windmills were built around the 1850s and were active until the 1970s. They were constructed in cylindrical form using the cut or rubble stone technique and were used for flour storage and wheat grinding. Some restoration had been done in the last decade, today it is an attractive shooting and sunset viewing location for travelers. Plus, around the windmills hiking, trekking, and biking tours are being held.
