Zigana Mountains

The Zigana Mountains are part of the Eastern Black Sea Mountains, which extend from the south of Trabzon's Cakir Mountain to the Coruh Valley. It is mostly covered with spruce and pine forests and has around 3000 m of altitude. Zigana Pass is one of the significant stops on the historical Silk Road and connects Trabzon to Eastern Anatolia.
