Welcome to our health and wellness tour! In this tour, we'll explore the many different aspects of living a healthy and balanced life. From physical fitness to mental health, nutrition, and self-care, we'll cover a wide range of topics to help you optimize your well-being. Plus, some of the most visited sites in Turkey, such as Pamukkale and Yalova's thermal centers, Istanbul, and Cappadocia, one of the most visited sites in the country, are added to the itinerary. You just need to sit back and have fun with the services.

Itinerary

Bienvenue to Istanbul! As soon as you arrive, TSG will be on hand to transfer you to your hotel. You have an incredible and enriching tour ahead of you, but today is a free day. You can use this time to unwind from your flight, explore the area, or even take part in one of our optional tours.

Following breakfast, the Istanbul City Tour will start, featuring a visit to the magnificent Topkapi Palace. This grand palace served as the residence for the Ottoman Sultans between the 15th and 19th centuries. It is home to a stunning collection of crystal, silver, Chinese porcelain, Sultan garments, imperial treasury jewels, miniatures, and holy relics.


Next, the tour will proceed to Sultanahmet Square, where the Sultanahmet Imperial Mosque, also known as the Blue Mosque, is located. This mosque, built in the 16th century by architect Mehmet, boasts an interior adorned with stunning blue Iznik tiles and faces the historic Hagia Sophia. The tour will then explore the Hippodrome, which was once the site of ancient chariot races and now houses three ancient monuments: the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpent Column, and the Column of Constantine. At the end of the square, the Hagia Sophia Mosque will welcome visitors with its grandeur.


After a delightful lunch break, the tour will proceed to the bazaar, where visitors can discover a variety of exotic spices and herbs, Turkish Baklava, delicious Turkish Delights, Turkish Coffee, nuts and fruits, handcrafted souvenirs, and more. The day will conclude with dinner and an overnight stay in Istanbul.


Please note: Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesdays, the Bascilica Cistern can be an alternative. Please contact your consultant for details. Plus, like most of the travelers, you can book an optional Dinner Cruise tour for the night. Remember to bring a headscarf when visiting religious sites such as the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia Mosque.

After breakfast, drive to Yalova. When you arrive in Yalova, go to the thermal baths. After that, check in to our hotel and enjoy the thermal bath and swimming pool. Overnight in Yalova.

After breakfast, we will drive to Bursa to see the historical and cultural sights of the city, including all of the famous Islamic heritage sites. We will visit Ulucamii (the Great Mosque), the Green Mosque, and the Green Tomb. A lunch break will be given in the afternoon. After a half-day city tour, we will visit one of the best thermal baths in Bursa, known for curing many rheumatic diseases. Walk around this natural phenomenon and have the option of lying in the waters of the natural springs. After the tour, check in to our hotel and enjoy the thermal bath and swimming pool. Overnight in Bursa.

After breakfast, drive to Gonen Thermal Center in Balikesir for both drinking and bathing cures; the waters are beneficial for dermatologic, liver, rheumatic, urinary, and nervous complaints. Overnight in Gonen.

After breakfast, we'll make our way to Izmir to embark on an exciting tour of its cultural landmarks. Our first stop will be the Historical Elevator, from which you can enjoy breath-taking panoramic views of Izmir. Next, we'll head to the ancient Agora site, which was once the center of the city's social and commercial life. Here, you can explore the fascinating ruins and learn about the history of the area. 


Then, we'll visit the Hisaronu Mosque, which is a stunning example of Ottoman architecture and a significant religious site for the local community. The vibrant Kemeralti Bazaar, where you can find a range of local goods and souvenirs, and the 19th century Clock Tower, are on our places to visit list. 


After your half-day tour, drive to Balcova Thermal and enjoy the rest of your day. The water (62C) can be drunk, used for bathing and is good for sciatica, gynecologic disorders, nervous disorders, and intestinal and urinary problems. Overnight in Izmir.

The departure to visit Ephesus, one of the best-preserved ancient sites in the world, will be early in the morning. In Ephesus, you will visit the Temple of Artemis, Curetes Street, the famous Roman Baths, the Celsus Library, the Grand Theatre, the House of Virgin Mary, and more. 


After a half-day tour, we will ride to the thermal center in Davutlar. For the treatment of inflammatory rheumatism diseases, soft tissue diseases, cerebral palsy rehabilitation, stress disorders, neurology, sports injuries, etc., water is applied in the form of a bath under the direction of a medical professional. Overnight in Kusadasi.

Early in the morning, the tour will ride to Pamukkale. Pamukkale is known for its marvel of calcite travertines and travertine pools. It is one of the most visited sites in Turkey.


Hierapolis is the second-most visited place in the district. It was founded as a thermal spa in the 2nd century BC in a region rich in natural resources. The city was later rebuilt during the Roman era, and many of the structures that visitors can see today were constructed during this period. The region has been a preferred place since the ancient ages because of its thermal resources. After the tour, you can have fun with the thermal waters in your hotel. Dinner and overnight to Pamukkale.

Please note that Aphrodisias is an ancient site located in the Aydin Province of Turkey, known for its well-preserved Greco-Roman ruins. The site was named after the Greek goddess Aphrodite and was a center of sculpture and art during the Roman period. After breakfast, we will depart early in the morning for our next destination; Konya. On the way, we'll stop for coffee, and our lunch stop will be in Konya. After lunch, we tour the imposing Mausoleum of Mevlana, the mystic leader of the Sufi sect (the Whirling Dervishes), which is covered in green tiles. After the Konya Mevlana Tour, we will ride to Cappadocia. Dinner and overnight in Cappadocia.


Please Note: Our guests who are wishing to experience the Hot Air Balloon Tour will be picked up from the hotel at about 05:30 by sunrise. On the Hot Air Balloon, the sunrise over splendid fairy chimneys and valleys can be watched. The flight will last about an hour and end with a champagne celebration on the ground.

You will be picked up from your hotel after breakfast. Our first destination will be Ozkonak Underground City, which is one of the best-preserved underground cities in Cappadocia. Next, we will visit Uchisar Castle, the highest point in Cappadocia, followed by the Goreme Open Air Museum, which is the heart of Cappadocia and famous for its frescoes dating back to the 10th century, depicting the life of Jesus Christ and monks. We will then proceed to the abandoned village of Cavusin, which is home to old cave Greek houses.


Lunch will be at a restaurant in Avanos, after which we will visit a pottery workshop to observe pottery making. Our next stop will be Love Valley, a hidden valley with beautiful rock formations that resemble manhood, but are naturally formed. We will then visit a workshop to see Cappadocian handwoven carpets and kilims.


Following that, we will head to Devrent Valley, also known as Imagination Valley, where natural rock formations look like animals. A wine tasting will be held at a wine shop in Urgup before our final stop at Three Beauties, three beautiful fairy chimneys with their hats, which symbolize the region.  Dinner and overnight in Cappadocia
