We can't overemphasize how incredible is the experience of sleeping in a normal camping tent, over the savanna, under the starry sky and hearing wild animals during the night. Of course, it's also a great opportunity to do a life-changing safari while keeping a low budget..
Adventure is the name associated with this style of doing Safaris. Coming close to nature is the sense so achieved, it is fascinating, it is awe-inspiring, and it is moving.
“Welcome to Tanzania”.

Serengeti is arguably the best-known wildlife sanctuary in the world. It is the home of millions of large mammals, including what is so-called the Big 5: elephant, lion, buffalo, leopard and the rarely seen black rhinoceros. Over 500 species of birds have been recorded in the area, including eagles, bustards, owls, cranes, herons, vultures, and secretary birds. It is here where the world’s great migration is observed. Some of Africa's biggest crocodile lie in wait in Serengeti Rivers.
Game viewing time: 6-7 hours
Overnight at: Serengeti – Kati Kati Campsite
Meals: Lunch & Dinner
Optional: If you like to watch wildlife from another perspective, we recommend you to go on a balloon safari. It is an amazing experience to drift silently above the plains with herds of wildlife
The hot-air balloon gently takes you up in the air and floats wherever the morning winds may take you. During the ride you have a stunning and far-reaching view of the great plains of the Serengeti. From here you can spot big herds of wildebeest, giraffes and prides of lion’s right below you. At the right time of year and with a good amount of luck you might even be able to experience the great migration from above.
Besides that
Breakfast at around 0800am. Proceed with morning and afternoon game drives in the Serengeti with a lunch and leisure break at the Camp in the midafternoon. The term Serengeti means endless plains in Masaai language. In the central plains there are carnivores like leopard, lion, hyena and cheetah. This park is normally the scene of the annual migration of wildebeest and zebra that occurs between the Kenyan Mara and the Serengeti. Varied bird species can be seen here including eagles, ducks, geese, egrets, vultures, secretary birds, ibis, stork, herons, kites, pelicans, cranes and guinea fowl. The Serengeti National park is an arguably the best known wildlife sanctuary in the world with over 3 million large mammals. About 35 species of plains animals can be seen there including the “big 5” - Elephant, Rhino, Lion, Leopard and Buffalo. Other common species found here includes hippo, giraffe, eland, impala and other antelope types, baboons, monkey and a profusion of over 500 species of birds. In May or early June, huge herds of wildebeest, gazelle and zebra begin their annual spectacular migration northwards.
