Here, vast herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles fill the plains, attracting predators like lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and jackals. Your guide will take you on a thrilling game drive across these open plains, rich with dramatic wildlife encounters. You'll witness mother wildebeest giving birth and young calves learning to stand—while predators closely follow, waiting for a moment of weakness.

Today you’ll spend the entire day exploring the Ndutu area. This region offers one of the most concentrated wildlife viewing experiences in East Africa during the calving season. Your guide will help you track prides of lions, spot elusive cheetahs, and observe hyenas in action. You’ll enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush and continue with game drives throughout the afternoon. The diversity of wildlife combined with the raw beauty of nature at its most intense makes this one of the most unforgettable days of the safari.

After a final morning game drive in Ndutu, you’ll begin your journey northward into the heart of Serengeti National Park. As you transition from the southern plains to the more wooded savannahs of Central Serengeti, the landscape changes and so does the wildlife. Central Serengeti is known for year-round predator activity, including large lion prides and leopard sightings. You’ll enjoy an afternoon game drive en route to your luxurious camp. Tonight, unwind at Kumbukumbu Luxury Camp, where you can enjoy stunning views, delicious food, and the sounds of the African night.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and a morning game drive in Central Serengeti before starting your journey back toward Ngorongoro. Along the way, there will be plenty of opportunities to spot more wildlife and enjoy the changing landscapes. By late afternoon, you’ll arrive near the Ngorongoro Crater rim, where your lodge offers panoramic views and a serene atmosphere. Use this evening to relax and prepare for your final safari experience inside the crater.

On your final day, you’ll descend early into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most unique wildlife destinations in Africa. The crater is home to nearly every major African mammal, including black rhinos, lions, elephants, buffaloes, and hippos. The enclosed ecosystem allows for high chances of seeing the Big Five in one place. After a rewarding game drive and a scenic picnic lunch, you’ll ascend the crater wall and begin your drive back to Arusha Airport for the flight back to Zanzibar. You will meet your driver ready to drive  at your hotel
