Best Time to Visit: The ideal
time for a Chitwan Jungle Safari is from October to March when the weather is
pleasant and wildlife sightings are frequent. The park remains open year-round,
but the monsoon season (June to September) can bring heavy rains, making some
activities less accessible.
Clothing: Light, comfortable
clothing is recommended for daytime activities. Bring a hat, sunscreen, and
insect repellent for protection from the sun and bugs. For the jeep safari and
jungle walk, wear neutral-colored clothes to blend in with the surroundings and
increase your chances of wildlife spotting.
Footwear: Comfortable walking
shoes or sturdy sandals are ideal for the jungle walk and other outdoor
activities. Avoid open-toed shoes during the jungle safari.
Health & Safety: Carry a
basic first-aid kit, including any personal medications. Chitwan is a
malaria-prone area, so consult your doctor about anti-malarial precautions
before your trip.
Wildlife Etiquette: Always
maintain a safe distance from animals, follow your guide's instructions, and
avoid making loud noises. Respect the natural habitat and refrain from

Photography: Bring a camera with
