Suleymaniye Mosque Tours

The Suleymaniye Mosque is located on the third hill of this seven-hill city, and for more than 450 years, until Camlica Mosque was built, it was the largest mosque in Istanbul. It has been known that Ottoman architect Mimar Sinan was inspired by another masterpiece, Hagia Sophia, and the Bayezid II Mosque while he was creating his design. When considering the interior design, and atmosphere, it can be said that the mosque was a conscious portrayal of Kanuni Sultan Suleyman and his reign as a second Solomon. Today, the reason it has one of the most attractive views of the city, it is one of the top places to visit in Istanbul, and people spend time in the garden photographing its stunning view of the city.
