Damajagua Waterfalls & Jeep Safari from Puerto Plata Hotels

Ride through rural villages and tropical countryside in an open-air safari jeep, then discover Damajagua’s forest trails, limestone slides and natural pools with adventure guides. This shared excursion lasts approximately five hours.

Park admission, a helmet and life jacket, a traditional Dominican buffet lunch and bottled water are included. The waterfall circuit is selected according to local operating conditions, so the number of waterfalls can vary.

Practical information

Minimum age: 8 for the Damajagua waterfall circuit.

Bring swimwear, a towel, dry clothes, secure footwear and sun protection. Follow the crew or activity staff’s instructions and tell them before entering the water if you cannot swim. Water activities depend on local conditions.

Hotel pickup and booking

Shared excursion, available on request. Provide your hotel name when booking. Pickup and return are included for hotels between Sosua and Maimon, including Puerto Plata and Playa Dorada. Meet the transfer in your hotel’s main lobby at the time confirmed before departure; return is to the same hotel. Minimum reservation: two participants.

Cancellation

Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour start for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start are non-refundable.
