Itinerary

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you'll be greeted by your trekking guide and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for rest or exploring Kathmandu. You can visit some of Kathmandu’s landmarks like the Kathmandu Durbar SquareSwayambhunath Stupa, and Boudhanath Stupa

The drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar takes around 6-7 hours, traveling through picturesque landscapes. As you leave the bustling city behind, the route winds through the scenic Trishuli River Valley, passing small towns, terraced fields, and rural villages. You'll also enjoy views of the Manaslu and Langtang mountain ranges along the way. The drive is a mix of smooth roads and bumpy sections, eventually reaching Besisahar, the gateway to the Annapurna Circuit Trek

The trek from Besisahar to Bhulbhule is a relatively easy start to the Annapurna Circuit, taking about 4-5 hours. The trail follows the Marsyangdi River, passing through terraced fields and lush forests. You'll walk through small villages, interact with locals, and enjoy views of the surrounding hills. Bhulbhule is a peaceful village where you’ll rest for the night, surrounded by stunning mountain vistas and the sound of the river

The trek from Bhulbhule to Jagat follows the Marsyangdi River through terraced fields and forests. You'll pass through small villages, enjoy the river's sound, and see early glimpses of the mountains. Jagat is a scenic village to rest overnight

This section takes you into the Manang district. The trail gradually ascends, passing through forests and traditional villages. The landscape becomes more rugged as you approach Dharapani, a village with Tibetan influences

From Dharapani, the trail continues to Chame, offering views of the Annapurna II and Lamjung Himal peaks. The trek is mostly through pine forests and the Marsyangdi River valley. Chame is the district headquarters of the Manang region

The trek to Pisang is beautiful, with views of Annapurna II and Lamjung Himal. The trail passes through forested paths, rocky terrain, and villages, gradually gaining altitude. Pisang is a good place to rest and offers great mountain views

The trek to Manang passes through alpine meadows and forests. The village of Manang is a Tibetan-influenced area, offering stunning views of peaks like Gangapurna and Annapurna III. It's a good spot for acclimatization before heading higher

Spend a day in Manang to adjust to the higher altitude. You can take short hikes to nearby spots like Gangapurna Lake or Khangsar Village, helping your body acclimatize while enjoying stunning mountain views

The trek from Manang to Yak Kharka offers a gradual ascent through alpine meadows and barren landscapes. The area is known for its open space, grazing yaks, and views of the surrounding peaks

From Yak Kharka, the trail leads to Thorong Phedi, the base of Thorong La Pass. This is the final stop before crossing the pass, and you’ll feel the altitude as the landscape becomes more rugged and barren

Start early for the challenging Thorong La Pass (5,416 m), one of the highest trekking passes. After reaching the top, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views before descending to Muktinath (5-6 hours), a sacred temple for both Hindus and Buddhists

The drive from Muktinath to Pokhara is a scenic journey that takes approximately 7-8 hours. After descending from Muktinath, you'll travel through the Kali Gandaki Valley, passing traditional villages, terraced fields, and rural landscapes. The road winds along the river, offering stunning views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges. As you approach Pokhara, the landscape transitions to lush greenery, and you’ll arrive at the peaceful lakeside town, known for its natural beauty and relaxed atmosphere
