Tour Overview

The Annapurna Panaoramic trek is a justly popular choice for anyone looking for a relaxed but exciting mountain adventure. Incredible views of iconic Himalayan pinnacles - Annpurna South Gangapurna Himal, Machapuchare (Fish Tail mountain), Dhaulagri, Tukuche and Nilgri Himal – are complemented by rivers and mountain lakes plus a chance to experience life in wonderful traditional villages.

From Kathmandu, transfer to the lovely lakeside city of Pokhara before a drive to Phedi through rice terraces along the Seti River. From here, you'll trek to Potana through rhododendron forest with superb valley views, before climbing to Dhampus for stunning mountain views.

The trek to New Bridge takes you through oak and orchid forest onto a stone path with stupendous peak views, before descending to Bechok and a river crossing at Modhi-Khola. Trekking to Chomorong (3210m) through rice terraces and lush forest you pause for a magical hillside lunch, while the day-long walk to Ghorepani features wonderful magnolia and orchid forest.

Perhaps the finest peak views come with a short morning hike to see the sunrise from Poon Hill – plus superb views of the Annapurna massif include Dhaulagri (8167m), Mt Lamjung, Nilgri Himal, Thapa Peak and Tent Peak. Another morning trek to Tato Pani, meanwhile, offers the chance to ease any aching limbs in a local hot spring.
