The Cao Dai Great Temple

Cao Dai, a religion founded in Tay Ninh in the 1920s, blends Buddhist, Taoist, Confucian and Catholic elements under one all-seeing eye painted above the altar. The Great Temple holds services four times a day, and visitors can watch the midday ceremony from an upper gallery without disturbing worshippers below.

Black Lady Mountain

Nui Ba Den, known as Black Lady Mountain, rises alone from the flat delta plain and is the tallest peak in the south of Vietnam. A cable car now reaches most of the way up, leaving a shorter climb to the summit pagodas and views that stretch to Cambodia on a clear day.
