To be able to make this trip you need to be in good physical condition, so you can enjoy hiking for 2 to 3 hours approximately in a tropical climate, however, you can skip the walks (and in general any activity) and participate only in canoe trips if you want a more relaxed stay Note: All routes and programs may change without prior notice due to national park policies and regulations, weather conditions, seasonal changes, safety reasons and wildlife found during the trip.
